The position requires previous plastics process experience and the ability to process & troubleshoot blow mold equipment, do mold changes, and process in production jobs.
Previous Shift Supervision experience is a plus.
Good time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team towards achieving production goals are a must.
