Rinse and send through the dish machine or wash and sanitize in three compartment sinks.
Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils ect.
? Clock in and out in uniform ready to work.
? Sort check for cleanliness and stack clean dishes.
Place clean dishes in proper areas.
? Change dishwater every two hours.
? Mack sure dish chemicals are full and running properly.
? Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster ? Fill and empty soak tubs with water.
Run items constantly.
? Assemble and disassemble the dish machine ? Sweep and mop floors.
Maintain safe floors, by sweeping and mopping any spills ? Sweep up rubbish around dumpster area and parking lot ? Do other cleaning projects that are asked of you, by the chef, sous chef, service managers, or line cooks.
? Tell someone if you must leave the kitchen Help others when slow.
Platting parties, cleaning items, prepping food, any thing to help the team.
