Manage the daily operations of the office.
Verifying/authorizing insurances, co-insurances, and deductibles.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Provide customer service to clients, vendors, and other visitors to the office.
