Essential Functions:
Support the General Manager who is responsible for Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
This role will work directly with the GM to support all aspects of their daily work, including the organization and management of communication, collection of data, creation of reports and documents, oversight of projects with an eye on deadlines, management of delegated tasks, and coordination of workflow.
This role will interact with a broad range of individuals, including the CEO, Board of Directors, and the Leadership Team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Work directly with the GM on daily tasks, long-term projects, and short-term work.
Identify and anticipate the GM's needs.
Complete sensitive and confidential tasks with professional discretion.
Filter and attend to day-to-day functions that are a part of the GM's role so they can focus on high-level functions and leadership tasks.
Read and analyze incoming emails to determine significance and route or handle appropriately.
Correspond on routine inquiries with vendors, members of professional organizations, subcontractors and others via phone, fax, and email.
Plan for meetings and events, including catering and rental details.
Coordinate and schedule travel for the GM or others within the company.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Maintain calendar of events, meetings and projects and provide reminders for each.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
