About the Position As a clerical assistant you'll be able to apply your professional skills to a wide range of tasks including:
Maintaining company filing systems Email, Phone Management Providing customer support via email and direct phone calls Data collection, manipulation Assist Business Management team with administrative tasks in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and reporting- all of which will be based on employee's performance.
Your Skills & Experience A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
Excellent time management skills.
High school degree/equivalent required Experience with Excel and Great Plains preferred.
