BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for preparing and logging all injections including compounding injections for provider and mid-level.
Prepare patients for physician exam/treatment, assist physician, perform tests and procedures including casting.
Provide patient education and maintenance of clinical area.
Provide patient care as ordered and exercises professional judgment in the performance of patient care procedures.
Recognize patient conditions requiring immediate action and initiates action.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
JOB DUTIES:
Prepare and log injections and all compounding injections for provider and mid-level.
Apply and remove cast.
Assist in surgery scheduling and with authorizations.
Prepare patients for physician exam.
Perform test and procedures as ordered by physician.
Help with DME's Facilitate patient discharge.
Manage clinical data.
Maintain clinical area.
Assist with general office duties.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the office.
Flexible work hours to meet the needs of the organization.

Experience:
Currently licensed by the Ohio State Board of Nursing as an LPN.
CPR certified acquired through American Heart Association.
Prior medical office experience encouraged.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
Normal space, ventilation, and noise levels Must be able to get up and down out of chair frequently throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to verbalize well and possess manual dexterity to write legibly.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
