Inside Sales Representative We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative.
Candidate needs to be a positive, upbeat team player.
Primary focuses for this position are following up on leads, generating new leads, customer service, order processing, and general office duties.
We are a small manufacturing company, and this position would need to be willing to jump in when needed to help support our entire team.
Duties include:
Reaching out to new and past customers via email or phone Responding to customer inquiries via phone, as well as online chat portal Taking customer orders via phone and online submission Processing customer orders and forwarding to production Coordinating conversion of the customer to a designated salesperson Update customer information when necessary Processing of invoices Filling in for other office staff when needed (vacations, sick time, etc.
) Greeting visitors at the front of the office General office duties (filing and answering the phone) Processing production orders and reporting production data as needed This list is not inclusive of all duties that may be required.
Additional responsibilities may be needed when filling in or assisting other staff members, as we are a very small office.
Will be cross-trained on all duties in the front office.
Schedule is M-F 8:
00am-4:
30pm.
Requirements:
Experienced customer service professional with knowledge of CRM systems Must be detail oriented Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team player Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be well organized and possess time management skills Good listener who projects a calm demeanor and possesses skills in problem resolution Ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Job Type:
