The Paul and Carol David YMCA is looking for a passionate and motivated Sports Coordinator who can build relationships with families and youth, primarily ages 3-10.
This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing a variety of engaging programs that create a positive and inclusive environment for families and youth! Pay:
$15-$17 per hour commensurate with experience Hours:
Evenings and Weekend - roughly 20-30/week depending on what sport is in season
Responsibilities:
Building relationships with families and youth Work with Associate Executive Director in managing youth sports staff members and volunteers (scheduling, payroll, etc.
) Developing and scheduling programs specific to community needs Develop and Market program materials Maintain gym schedule Other duties as assigned Preferred
Experience:
working with youth and sports.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
