Responsibilities:
Perform general warehouse duties, including inventory management, organizing procedures, and maintaining cleanliness.
Assist with beer delivery and distribution logistics, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Support various aspects of the brewing process, from milling to packaging, by providing hands-on assistance.
Contribute to general maintenance tasks at our pub locations to keep them in top condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all brewing areas and equipment, adhering to sanitation standards.
Prioritize safety by consistently wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.
Keep management informed about equipment and inventory status, as well as any operational needs or concerns.
Record quality data accurately and promptly as directed, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate fluctuating production demands.
Participate actively in brewery activities and events, embodying our company culture and values.
Experience:
2
years of warehouse experience, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in forklift operation and handling, with a commitment to safety.
Previous experience in packing or assembly line work, ensuring efficient production processes.
Basic technical skills, including familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and other relevant software.
